Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to anyone who visits, buys from, sells on, or otherwise uses YTL.

  • Website visitors
  • Buyers and account holders
  • Authors and sellers
  • Agencies purchasing for client work
  • Affiliates or partners where applicable
  • Anyone accessing downloads, licenses, accounts, or support channels

Platform misuse

You may not misuse the YTL platform or account system.

  • Create fake or duplicate accounts to evade limits
  • Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Attempt chargeback fraud or abusive refund requests
  • Scrape private account data or protected download endpoints
  • Attack, disrupt, or overload the platform
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Bypass download controls or license restrictions
  • Share paid files publicly outside your license
  • Abuse support, reporting, or review systems
  • Submit false reports or misleading enforcement claims

Product misuse

You may not use YTL products to:

  • Conduct illegal activity
  • Build phishing pages or credential theft flows
  • Spread malware or harmful code
  • Send spam or abusive automated messaging
  • Run scams or deceptive financial schemes
  • Violate privacy, publicity, or data protection rights
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
  • Impersonate people, brands, or institutions
  • Bypass third-party platform, payment, or hosting rules
  • Build harmful surveillance or unauthorized monitoring tools
  • Sell counterfeit, infringing, or misleading products

Prohibited product submissions

Authors may not submit products that include or enable:

  • Malware, credential stealers, phishing kits, or spam automation
  • Exploit tools or hidden backdoors
  • Stolen source code or copyright-infringing assets
  • Fake products with no real functionality
  • Misleading screenshots, demos, or performance claims
  • Undisclosed dependencies that materially change buyer expectations
  • Products too incomplete or broken to be sold in good faith
  • Products designed mainly to deceive users or evade platform rules

License and download abuse

  • Do not share download links or files outside your license scope
  • Do not distribute purchased files to unlicensed users
  • Do not resell raw source code unless your license explicitly allows it
  • Do not create mirror downloads or public file shares of paid products
  • Do not remove license checks or required tracking where applicable
  • Do not use multiple accounts to bypass purchase or download limits

Reviews and communication

  • Do not post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
  • Do not threaten authors, buyers, or YTL staff
  • Do not use hate speech or abusive language in public or support channels
  • Do not share private personal information without permission
  • Do not offer payment or incentives for false reviews
  • Do not use support channels for spam or unrelated promotion

Security research

If you discover a security concern, report it responsibly. Do not exploit vulnerabilities, access data that is not yours, or disrupt service.

Enforcement

YTL may take action when this policy is violated or reasonably believed to be violated.

  • Remove or restrict content
  • Reject or unpublish products
  • Restrict downloads or account access
  • Revoke licenses tied to abusive orders
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Hold payouts during investigation
  • Cancel orders or deny abusive refund requests
  • Report illegal activity to relevant authorities where required

If you believe enforcement was applied incorrectly, contact [email protected] with your account details, the affected product or order, and a clear explanation.
