Terms of Service
Terms governing use of the Yours To Launch marketplace. Last updated: June 11, 2026.
Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yours To Launch ("YTL", "we", "us"), including our website, marketplace, checkout, download library, author tools, and related services.
By creating an account, browsing listings, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable product license terms.
Who YTL is for
YTL is a global marketplace for digital products: ready-made apps, source code, SaaS kits, templates, plugins, AI tools, and launch-ready assets.
Buyers use YTL to purchase a license to own, brand, customize, and launch digital products. Authors use YTL to list and sell products they create or have rights to distribute.
Marketplace role
YTL operates as a marketplace platform. Many products are listed by independent authors. YTL may also publish its own products.
Unless explicitly stated for a specific listing, YTL is not the original copyright owner of third-party author products. YTL facilitates listing, payment, delivery, licensing records, and dispute handling according to these Terms.
Buyer accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
- One person or entity should not share account access across unrelated teams without appropriate licensing.
Product listings
Listings must accurately describe the product, tech stack, included files, license types, support scope, and known limitations.
Preview assets, screenshots, and demo links must represent the actual product in a material way.
YTL may edit formatting, fix obvious errors, or request corrections before or after publication.
Digital product purchases
When you complete checkout, you purchase a license to use the product according to the license selected at purchase. This is not ownership of the underlying copyright unless explicitly stated.
Delivery is electronic. Access appears in your Launch Library after successful payment confirmation.
Prices, taxes, and totals are confirmed at checkout and validated server-side.
Licenses and usage rights
Each product is sold under a license type such as Personal, Commercial, or Extended. The license defines what you may do with the product after purchase.
Completing a purchase constitutes acceptance of the applicable license terms for that product.
- You may customize, rebrand, and launch within the scope of your license.
- You may not redistribute raw source files, resell the product as-is, or share license keys unless your license explicitly allows it.
- You do not acquire exclusive IP, trademark rights, or the author's entire business by default.
Source code and template limitations
- Products are provided as digital tools, not guaranteed businesses.
- YTL does not guarantee app-store approval, revenue, uptime of third-party services, or bug-free operation forever.
- You are responsible for deployment, compliance, security hardening, and ongoing maintenance of anything you launch.
- Third-party APIs, dependencies, and hosting costs are your responsibility unless explicitly included.
Product support expectations
Support scope varies by product and is described on the product page. Support generally covers documented features, delivery issues, and reasonable setup guidance, not unlimited custom development.
See our Support Policy for response expectations and escalation paths.
Updates and versioning
Products may include updates during an active update period stated on the listing. Major version changes or materially new products may require a separate purchase.
Authors control update release timing unless YTL publishes the product directly.
Payments and taxes
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. YTL does not store full payment card details.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or reporting obligations in your jurisdiction unless collected at checkout where required.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Because digital products can be downloaded immediately, refund eligibility is limited compared to physical goods.
Abusive chargebacks or repeated unfounded refund requests may result in account suspension and license revocation.
Prohibited products and conduct
- Malware, stolen code, infringing assets, or products designed for fraud or abuse.
- Listings that misrepresent authorship, licensing, or included files.
- Circumventing download limits, license validation, or access controls.
- Harassment, spam, review manipulation, or fraudulent transactions.
Intellectual property
YTL respects intellectual property rights. Authors must only upload content they have rights to distribute.
Buyers receive rights defined by the purchased license, not a blanket transfer of all intellectual property.
DMCA and IP complaints
Copyright and trademark complaints should be submitted under our DMCA / IP Policy. YTL may remove or disable access to disputed content while a claim is reviewed.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse refunds, commit fraud, or create legal or security risk.
You may close your account by contacting support, subject to outstanding orders, disputes, and legal retention requirements.
Reviews and community conduct
Reviews must be honest and based on actual purchase experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or clearly off-topic.
Disclaimers
Products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. YTL does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free code, or specific business outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YTL's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order item.
YTL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
