Overview

YTL sells digital products that are typically delivered instantly after payment. Because files and license access can be copied once delivered, refund requests are reviewed carefully.

This policy is not legal advice. It explains how YTL handles refund requests for digital products in plain language.

Review-based refunds

Refund requests are reviewed by our team. Approval is not automatic.

If your file or license does not work, contact support first. We will try to help you fix download or access issues before reviewing a refund.

You can submit a request from your dashboard at Refunds, or email support with your order number.

When a refund may be approved

  • Duplicate purchase of the same license for the same account.
  • Accidental purchase with clear evidence.
  • Download or file access issue that support cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
  • Product materially different from the listing (missing core files, wrong product, or major claims that do not exist).
  • License or access issue that support cannot resolve.

When a refund may be denied

  • You downloaded the files and there is no verified product issue.
  • You changed your mind after using or customizing the product.
  • You lack the technical skill to deploy or customize it.
  • You expected guaranteed revenue, users, or app-store approval.
  • Issues caused by third-party hosting, app stores, or external services outside the product scope.
  • Refund requested after substantial download or use without a valid reason.

Time window

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Requests submitted long after download and use may be denied unless a material defect is clearly documented.

Author response and YTL review

For author-listed products, YTL may ask the author to respond to technical claims. YTL makes the final decision based on listing accuracy, evidence, and this policy.

Access after refund

If a refund is approved, YTL may remove license access and download rights for the refunded purchase. You should stop using and delete files obtained through that order.

Order, support, and download records may be kept for fraud prevention and operational review.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension, license revocation, and blocked future purchases.
