DMCA & IP Policy

Copyright and intellectual property complaints for Yours To Launch. Last updated: June 11, 2026.

Overview

Yours To Launch respects intellectual property rights and expects authors and buyers to do the same. This policy explains how to report infringement and how YTL responds.

Author responsibility

Authors may only list products they created, properly licensed, or otherwise have legal rights to distribute. Uploading stolen code, infringing assets, or mislabeled authorship violates marketplace rules.

Reporting infringement

Send a detailed notice to the contact below. Include enough information for us to locate the listing and evaluate the claim.

  • Your name, company, and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed.
  • The YTL product URL or listing identifier.
  • A statement explaining why you believe the listing infringes your rights.
  • A statement that the information is accurate and, where required, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Counter-notice

If your listing was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice with sufficient detail for review. YTL may restore content where appropriate.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content may be suspended or terminated.
