Product License Terms

Overview

Yours To Launch sells digital products, including templates, business systems, and related assets, under clear license terms. When you purchase, you receive usage rights and product access according to the license type selected at checkout.

Personal License

For individual projects, side projects, and learning. You may customize, rebrand, and launch one primary project. Not intended for client delivery or multi-tenant resale.

Commercial License

For founders and businesses launching a product or delivering customized work to clients. You may brand, customize, and launch commercially within the scope of one business use case.

Extended License

For agencies and teams needing broader deployment rights. May support multiple client projects or wider distribution where explicitly permitted. Contact support for edge cases.

What you can do

• Own and operate the product you build from the purchase
• Rebrand logos, colors, copy, and domain
• Customize features and launch your own project
• Use for client projects when your license type supports it
• Receive updates during the active update period included with purchase

What you cannot do

• Resell or redistribute raw source code as-is
• List the unmodified package on another marketplace or template store
• Publicly share download files or license keys
• Remove YTL license manifest files when redistributing derived work to clients
• Share license keys across teams or customers
• Use products for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

Your download package

Each download includes YTL-MANIFEST.json and YTL-LICENSE.txt as proof of purchase. Keep these files in your project folder. They do not track or control your launched app. They document your license and help with updates and support.

Updates, support, and access

Downloads, changelog updates, and support are tied to an active license on your YTL account. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or abuse may revoke update and download access. Your customized launched app is yours to operate. YTL does not phone home to disable your production app.

License keys

Each purchase generates a unique license key tied to your account. Keys validate ownership and may be required for updates or support. Do not share keys publicly.

Updates

Published updates and changelogs are delivered through your Launch Library during the included update period. Major version changes may require a new purchase if outside scope.

Support scope

Support covers product setup guidance, documented features, and delivery issues. It does not include unlimited custom development. See our Support Policy for details.
